"Bouillon de Pattes de Porc au Pommes de Terre" - Pork Bouillon with Potatoes

This is one of my own although my wife added an ingredient:

- Pork feet (1/2 Lb to 1 Lb)
- Green Onion (1)
- Celery (1 branch)
- Maggi Bouillon cubes (2)
- Salt
- All Seasoning Salt
- Gingseng

Start by washing the pork feet thouroughly. Remove as much excess fat as you can. Put it in a pot, pour water until it is completely submerged. Put on the stove at medium-high heat. While the pork is cooking, chop one green onion, one celery branch, and a little bit of ginseng.
When the pork comes to a boil, remove the extra fat that you see lying on the surface of the boiling water. Pour the chopped ingredients in the pot, salt at your taste, put one table spoon of all purpose seasoning salt (you can find these at Fiesta or HEB). Add the two maggi bouillon cubes and let it cook at medium heat.
While it is cooking, peel 4 to 6 small potatoes cutting each potato in half. When the pork is well cooked, add the potatoes and cook all until the potatoes are ready.
Serve hot.
